EvaluAgent shortlisted for employee engagement award

We’re excited to share the news that EvaluAgent has been announced as a finalist in the inaugural UK Employee Experience Awards 2014. We’ve been shortlisted in two categories; Contact Centre and also the Employee Engagement - Delivering Culture Change categories for our work with Atos and NS&I.

The Awards, owned by the operators of the successful UK Customer Experience Awards, reward the hard work, leadership and focus that goes on away from customer view to ensure not only a great employee experience, but great business results too.

The nomination recognises our ability to help our customers demonstrate the return on investment in people, innovation and customer experience that our solution brings to businesses. At EvaluAgent we’ve always been focused on people, we're different because the solution was specially designed with call centre employees in mind. Engaging employees first and foremost to drive change and business success.

We’re up against some stiff competition from Telefonica, BT and Scottish Water to name only a few but the nomination highlights the progress that we’ve made over the last 12 months and the real business transformation we’ve brought to our customers.

We’ll let you know how we get on at the award ceremony on 27th March 2015.
