UI Engineer

We're looking for talented UI Engineers to join our engineering team and help us design and develop amazing user experiences for our clients.

About Us

We have forged our place in the industry by providing products and services that make contact centre employees better at delivering great customer experience. We’re good at it and have pedigree, but we want to be known as the market leaders in workforce engagement.

We already work with some great companies in customer service but we’re growing quickly and need to expand the team to support the expanding client base and follow through on our aspirations.

As a group we agreed on a simple code that we like to follow, and we hope you do too:

  • Our people come first
  • We recruit people that share our values
  • Simply be useful
  • Be missed
  • Proud of Product

About You

  • Experienced building web interfaces using modern tools and techniques
  • Enjoy learning new technologies
  • Have made contributions to, designed or built products you are proud of
  • You like to build and ship
  • You strive for good designs, whether it’s the UI, clean code or a tidy API
  • You enjoy working with HTML, CSS or JavaScript
  • You have used a PHP framework like Laravel or Symfony
  • You want to work with tools like React or Angular

The Role

The main responsibility of the role is to design and build user interfaces that continue to make EvaluAgent stand out in our industry. As a small company we need you to work end-to-end from designing prototypes through to implementing and deploying them.

The UI Engineer will work in amongst the Engineering team on a day to day basis and aid the Product Management team with the collateral needed to support new sales and customer feedback.

There’s an existing system that we continue to develop and support but we’re also investing heavily in producing a platform that can take us to the next level. We’re most interested in using the right tools for the right job, and what’s right now might not be in a few months – you’ll be responsible for building user interfaces in a way which supports quick iterations and meaningful user experience.

Compensation and Perks

  • Competitive salary
  • Bonus
  • 25 days holiday
  • Budget for career development
  • Regular team building
  • Flexible working
